Lentswe aka LAM is an Artist Management company that was founded in 2021 by Thuto Ntshabele.
Lentswe is a Culture curious agency that aims to study, embrace and keep the culture respected and celebrated through-out Africa, but we’ll start at home (South Africa). The name Lentswe is a Setswana word for Voice and/or Having a Say; and so the company is aspiring to be the Voice of Culture, while giving its talent the platform to have a say about the direction of their careers.
